On March 16, 2008, one of the most important symposiums in Applied Computing, the 23rd. Annual ACM Symposium on Applied Computing, will be coming to Fortaleza. This symposium will be hosted by the University of Fortaleza (Unifor) and Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and sponsored by IVIA, CNPq and FUNCAP.
These event will be held at the Vila Galé Hotel in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. Several topics about software engineering, web technologies, mobility, database and other excellent subjects will be discussed.

All the IVIA team will be cheering for the success of this event. In addition to the participation of highly respected international researchers, some local researchers, will represent the high value of the intellectual capital of the Ceará state.
